Clutch Release Lever

The original clutch release lever forgings are difficult to acquire.  Our clutch release lever is fabricated from 16 gauge, laser cut mild steel plate, and draw-over-mandrel (DOM) seamless tubing. The 32 serrations on the clamp end are precisely cut by electrode discharge machining (EDM) to match the design of the 5DS25 clutch release shaft. The lever is powder coated, and comes complete with an 18-8 stainless steel rod end and push rod assembly, and all fasteners to make a complete component.
